Franklin Street Equity Partners firmly believes that the management of a company is best left in the hands of those who know it best…those who have built the company to its current status. As such, FSEP prefers not to participate in the day-to-day operations of its portfolio companies. Rather, the principals of FSEP maintain a high level of commitment by serving as members of the board of directors, overseeing the management team and actively participating in capital structure and strategic decisions. And, when needed, FSEP will identify a strong management team to operate a company upon completion of the acquisition. |
